Sorely disappointed.

Sad to do this, but it is what it is.

Placed an order more than a week ago. I received an email that the item is out of stock, with an option for a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement, which was the worst mistake. Almost impossible to contact them as no one replies. Now I'm sitting without the items or the money. Just confirm the damn replacement already or refund me.

It's a shame, as they previously gave me great service, but they are making this impossible with the lack of contact.
