Shocking service form online store. Took my money but did not deliver. .

I ordered via their online shop. The delivery was made, but one item was missing. On the delivery note was written 'not in parcel" next to the item. It has now been a week of me trying to contact them to find out if I will get a refund or if they will send the item. I have tried all their channels but I simply get zero response.
