Return approved—but still not refunded (I lost R889.90 buying from Boardriders)

For anyone thinking about buying...It's not worth the risk.

I spent R709.90 on two RVCA T-shirts and returned both items because of the quality. It costs an additional R180 to courier the two T-shirts back to Boardriders. Sadly, it's been 42 days since the company received and approved the return, but the company hasn't paid back the R709.90.

Now, the company has its two shirts and +R709.90 for nothing. And I am -R889.90 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I've sent lots of emails. The company blames a 'change in their processes' for the delay, which seems unreasonable at this point.

For anyone thinking about buying...It's not worth the risk. This could happen to you. Try a shop that you trust or one with a better track record.
