Poor Delivery and customer service from BOARDRIDERS

Bought items on the 2nd December 24 and besides following up there has either been no response or very poor response. I bought beachwear for my wife for our summer holiday. Besides advising them of this last week, nothing has arrived. 10 days to get a few items of clothing in todays world is very poor. If this was known I would not have purchased. I have been a client of these guys for over 10 years and am very disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!
