Poor Communication

If there was a negative rating I would give that without hesitation. Poor communication from Boardriders, my order which was confirmed on 2 December still has not changed status. They sent a stupid email saying order would be delivered by 17 December because of Black Friday backlog but there has not been any comms. Their phone and does not work and no response on that stupid chatbot.
