Excellent service

<p>I would like to thank the staff of Boardriders Canal Walk for really exceptional service delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday, I tried to shop online on the Boadriders website. It was painfully slow so at about 6:30 last night, I called the store to find out if there was a problem with their system. I should have taken the very kind salesmans' details to thank him personally. </p> <p>He gave me the number for the area manager Lisa who was so very helpful. She took my number and told me that she would get back to me. Within 10 minutes I got a call back saying that one of their IT consultants would call me back and that if I my issue was not resolved, I should call her back. </p> <p>The IT consultant called after 20 minutes and was super helpful. He took my email address and told me that if my issue wasn't resolved, he would place my order on my behalf ... I have never experienced such exceptional service.... :-)</p> <p> </p> <p>Guys, you are ROCK STARS...
