DC1 DCShoes.co.za

I was shopping online at dcshoes.co.za on the 18th of December 2023. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes; 1 for me and 1 for my son. The total cam to R1999.80 and I proceeded to checkout and enter my card information. I was charged the amount above, however I never received a confirmation EMail nor any further correspondence from dcshoes.co.za. I believe dcshoes.co.za is a **** and you should only use DC1 I believe. I did log the transaction as ***** with my bank however I did put in my card details online so I believe I will never see my money or shoes. The payment reflects as "NEECLOTH"
