Dangerous Store with Unresponsive Management

I recently visited Boardriders at the Ferndale on Republic Shopping Centre with my children. Unfortunately, while trying on clothes, she stepped on a nail left on the floor. The nail went so deep into her foot that it required immediate medical treatment at a clinic.

To make matters worse, I contacted the store via email to report this serious incident, hoping for a prompt response and some form of accountability. However, I did not receive any acknowledgment or apology, reflecting a complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction.

I strongly urge potential customers to be cautious when visiting this store. The presence of hazards like exposed nails and the store's negligent response to a reported injury pose significant health risks. It’s deeply disappointing to see such nonchalant attitudes towards customer welfare.

Boardriders needs to take immediate steps to ensure the safety of their premises and improve their communication with customers. Until then, I recommend steering clear of this store.
