Okay went to your store in Ferndale on Republic they had a 50% off skull candy bought one set it did not want to pair so sent my staff the next day they exchanged it but my staff asked to please see that it works they said they were to busy 12:53 PM

Went Today then when I was trying to get the same pair the one lady who I assume is the store manager says that the skull cand India Evo only works on good phone so I suppose my R25000 is not a good phone 12:54 PM

She then when the refund was being done and the special is no finished wanted me to pay in really 12:55 PM

When they first did the refund I was going to get R400 back but she then jumped in saying but the other set was know not on 50,% that to make it balance and I get nothing back to get the Seth Evo at 30% off 12:57 PM

So it balanced So firstly over the weekend they were to busi to see that it pairs know my R25000 is not good enough for the earbuds really and then not to get the money back because these were not in 59% off even though it was not my fault really not good 12:58 PM

I will never go back and have also phoned skull candy head office to tell them what staff are saying my Reno oppo 8 5g is not a good phone then what is in her eyes 1:08 PM

So I do normally complain but it seemed that I was more of burden to them but Duncan the guy who did help me was good even when he was doing the refund he kept looking at her for help and she did not want to engage only to say no to R400 because the 59% was off 1:09 PM

Really but this will be the first and last time I visit which is sad but Duncan who was helping was awesome but yeah very very frustrated 1:10 PM

Even my staff has complained 1:12 PM
