Boardriders or below board hiders

I bought a new pair of DC Shoes from Boardriders in December '23. I have had them for just over y months and they are falling apart l, the sole is coming loose from the shoes and the stitching has come loose. I emailed Boardriders in Capetown twice with my issue 2 weeks ago and till today Nobody has contacted me with so much a "we have received your query" DC shoes used to be a quality product, I have owned many pairs over the years but I am very disappointed with these pair of shoes. Don't buy from Boardriders, they don't respond to any enquiries.
