Boardriders an absolute waste of my time

I can honestly say that Boardriders is a total disappointment. Manager in Canalwalk store does not have the ability to make a dissicion and have to phone for assistance just to be faced with the fact that her manager is unavailable. Phone not being answered. She had to try several attempts to get anyone to assist her just to get the reply (Oos manager) they are unable to assist and to try again in 2 days time which is a Monday. Well I drove more that 60km to purchase clothing with a gift voucher my son receive just to find out at the till they cannot processs as this an online voucher (value R1000). The voucher no where states only online purchase. I tried to double check this by doing a dummy online voucher purchase and couldn't even see online that this is only to be used for online purchases. After being held up the store for 1 hour I walked out without my R1300 purchases. It is clear to me that Boardriders does not know how assist customers. There marketing department should wake up and make sure correct wording on vouchers not to disappoint customers and address hoe they will support there store managers over weekend with customer issues.
