BAD SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

There's an item I returned for a refund which was received by them on 03 Dec 2019. Their website says that refunds take 2-3 days depending on your bank. It has been 10 days and still no refund. I have tried calling their landline no *** and it goes straight to voicemail. I have sent 6 follow up emails and tried to contact them via online chat. The same lady who administers their mailbox, Priya Krishnasamy, is the same person who responded to me on the online chats. Saying she would get back to me within an hour. That was yesterday (12 Dec) and still no response. I just want my refund please.
