Bad After Sales service

Bought a couple of stuff at Boardriders canal walk +- R2700 which included a pair of DC shoes. Got home and decided to return the shoes cause it was a little tight on the sides. Went back the Monday after work to return it and was told they don't return the money i must take a voucher for the amount i said i would take another pair of shoes but when i checked there wasn't any shoes that i wanted in size 11. I saw a pair i liked and asked them to get me a size 11 and the girl that assisted me took my details and said she would order me a pair of shoes the next day. This would take about 2 weeks, on which i agreed. I've been phoning for the last week to follow up and have spoken to 3 different sales people (who will always phone me back and never do) and on the last phone call which was a week later, the shoes still hadn't been ordered. <br> The after sales service is terrible.All i want is the shoes size 11 i asked them to order.
