Not recommended

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My order for several kitchen units was placed on 1 December. We finished off all preparations to get ready for the installation including the demolition of our existing kitchen. So now we sit with no kitchen. When placing the order in 1 December I was advised via email the morning that their deadline was close of business the same day and was rushed to do the deposit and finalise the order. We did so getting ready to receive the units by latest 22 December to install So leave was booked to do so. So on Monday the 20th we received an email stating that they have closed early on Saturday the 18th due to Covid. And will only reopen on the 10th of January so we are now expected to be without kitchen cupboards for 3 weeks. Then the order will still be need to be finished and now emails return with out of office message. So you can't even get hold of anyone. No notice was given on the Saturday and and not even a call on Monday. Disgusting and unprofessional service. Every time you call you will be told that the sales person is busy assisting someone even when they have closed orders for the year as per deadline.
