Telling lies about stock availability

We ordered, paid and made arrangements for pickup on a Friday for the Monday, on Monday we waited all day for the new stock to arrive because our paid stock has been sold during the weekend, they knew we are coming from Bloemfontein. We had to stay over. It is now Tuesday 16h00 stil waiting infront of Boardmaster for the stock to be prepared with 3kids in the car thinking about the time we still have to spend on the road to go home. How difficult can it be to tell the truth that we can arrange our things acording to that. But no, we arrange our things acording to lies and have to force our kids to sit and wait in a car infront of their place! To afraid to leave, maybe they will sell this again to someone else?
