SHOCKING

I ordered a moss granite formica counter top on the boardmaster online shop and paid online on the 17th December 2015. After receiving absolutely no confirmation or response. I get hold of them and Nan informs me payment has not been received. After much backwards forwards and nearly a week later,they find the payment but conveniently it's an hour before they close for the holidays. We have still not received our order. Communication and service is disgusting. Boardmaster don't care about their clients and I'm surprised they are still in business if this is the level of service that is acceptable to them. Get your **** together!!!
