Disappointing

Disappointing after many years of supporting the company that regardless of an order being placed and paid for unless you collect that very same day your order will be sold regardless the next day. Absolutely zero interest in maintaining a good working relationship with companies that have supported them over the years. Don't pay your orders upfront unless you going to collect the same day it will be sold!
