Boardmaster Robertsham

I bought 4 boards on the 28 /9/2020.2x white melamine 2x black melamine paid for it and ask them for cutting. The other division does the cutting. Called KT boards. KT boards took 4 days to complete the Cutting. Collected my boards on 1/10/2020. Checked if my boards were cut as requested . Asked the workers loading if all boards were there even my off cuts. They said yes. I gave them a tip and left. On saturday the 3 /10/2020 I started my cupboards. I then realised that the offcuts from the white melamine was not there. I immediately phoned kt boards. No reply. I used boardmaster website and told them about my missing boards. Up to now no response to my e mail. I phoned kt boards on 5 /10/2020. They told me they are not responsible for shortages. I have 2750x 1550 white board. This is almost a whole board size. I had to go and buy another white sheet. This time I went to cashbuild.
