Yet Again Feedback Delayed
Ref ***/GO<br> Once again I have to complain about lack of feedback. I only receive a response after posting a complaint, only to say that I will receive another response and then receive nothing.<br> After correspondence, I still have not heard from this regional manager as stated in emails.<br> Very rude customer liason person, this complaint is being handled very poorly, I guess in the hope that I will soon give up out of frustration.<br> Internal investigation was apparently done however the incorrect information was investigated.<br> As a Customer I made a complaint against the store manager for being rude and condescending, however this is being ignored and store is insisting that she handled the matter professionally.<br> So much for customer service.
