Worst online store ever

<p>On 12 October 2016 I ordered 7 drops of plain white voile curtains online at Boardmans. During this time a 20% discount was applicable on orders R1000 and above with free delivery included. Delivery was told to be 5 to 7 working days. On the 7th working day I haven't received anything and I phoned. I was told that there was a problem with online orders and that they will tend to it. I then received a email that my order was processed, but the discount was not included. I wrote an email stating that I feel I am entitled to the discount as the delay was on Boardmans side. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I finally received my order I only received 5 drops and not 7. Again I phoned and was told my account will be credited as they are out of stock. </p> <p> </p> <p>Incredible. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Am still waiting for feedback regarding my account being rectified in terms of the discount. I wanted 7 identical drops, not 5. My living area is large and the curtains should all look the same. </p>
