worst online store ever

<p>I ordered a number of items which were on promotion from their online store on the 9th of October 2016, however, there were issues with the pricing when items were added to cart. I sent an email explaining this of which I haven’t received a response to date. I also called on the same day I sent an email and spoke to a lady who was helpful best she could. However, it is their lack of urgency in resolving issues raised, not communicating with the client regarding the status of their order and they also don’t keep to the delivery policies. I honestly find this unacceptable for such a brand, it is the worst online store experience I have had thus far. These guys should take a page out of Superbalist and the TFG stores, no wonder their ship is sinking, fast.</p>
