Worst online experience EVER!
<p>I wish I had read the other complaints before I had placed my order :( I received a confirmation mail to say my order had been received and it would be delivered in 2 - 5 working days. After 4 working days the status was still "processing" so I called them only to be told they are out of stock of 2 items which is holding up my order. I asked them to release the other items in the meantime. 2 working days later I call only to be told that now they are out of stock of 3 items and nothing has been shipped. A full refund also takes 7 working days. I will NEVER buy from Boardmans again! REF NUMBER ********** 022/GO</p>
