Where is my refund???
I made a purchase online in January 2018. Got a call from Pontso Saule on the 30th of January telling me one of my items could were sold out and would therefore need to refund me. To date I am yet to receive my refund. Where is my refund???

The refund was processed on the 19.02.2018 and we are waiting for the settlement report from the bank.
Usually the refund process takes about 10 to 14 working days to reflect.
