Useless!
<p>I ordered a product. The store calls me to come to see the product. In arrival no staff member has any clue about the product!</p> <p>I call Edcon. Get out on hold 4 times then cut off!. I eventually get through to complain then I'm left to r7n around looking for their store manager....in store, no manager, no assistant manager, no admin manager.....</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this????</p> <p> </p> <p>Edcon, close down.....please....do us all a favour!!!!</p>
