Undelivered goods and no refund

<p>I ordered 2 items online from Boardmans on 24 November. (Order no # ********** 99). Only the duvet inner was delivered a week later and I was told the duvet cover would follow later as they are still trying to source it. I got a call on the 16th of December to say that they are unable to find the duvet inner therefore they shall refund me. I've been waiting ever since. I tried calling their number but no one answers. Appalling service to say the least!</p>
