The most *** experience I've had with an online store

Literally sold me a defective product that had clearly been out for delivery and returned before. It cos R2000 and I've been waiting for feedback since Nov 30... It's been collected and radio silent since then. Don't buy from these people, they'll take your money and take you for a **** with returns
