The best service (and their products are great too)!

I ordered an ironing board cover online that was on sale. Unfortunately it turned out that there was no stock. What the Brabantia staff did took my breath away - they called me (yes no email, actually a real person) and said they were sorry (took accountability), said they would send me a temporary cover at no extra cost (they did and quickly) and as soon as the item I had ordered was available, they would send it to me. And they did! I wish all retailers worked like them!
