TERRIBLE SERVICE BY BOARDMANS

boardmans online has rendered disgusting service. I ordered 2 items online and i was required to pay prior to receiving the goods, that's custom and i had no problem with that., when i received my package 1 item was not there and the receipt just said they out of stock of the other. When i placed the order and paid they were happy to take my money without informing me of the shortage of stock, in addition they made no effort or alternative plan or suggestion for me to get the product or get my money back!!!! I have tried their call center, no response. i have gone instores, they constantly refer me to a different source, some have even been wrong numbers!!! <br> Terribly disappointing and they should not offer such a service if they cant deliver on all the promises!
