Terrible online ordering system
<p>I placed a order online in October 201l6 and they said the parcel will be delivered within 5 days. I waited until december 2016. When I contacted them, I was told that my order is being investigated. When i contacted them again, I was told that they were out of stock and they asked if they can send me something similar to what I ordered. I asked them to send the link showing that the similar item is the same price as what I ordered. Today is January 2017 and I have not received anything. </p>
