Still waiting for refund one month later
I placed an order online on 26/06/2025. The item was not delivered within the stipulate time, yet no one had contacted me to explain why. I had to email and call only to be told they are having difficulty sourcing the item. They then agreed to cancel the order and refund me. I am still waiting for my refund one month after the order was made despite many emails and calls to their call centre (where you have to hold for > 10 minutes +) and still no refund after being told the matter was 'escalated'. Don't buy from their online store. Poor customer service.
