Still waiting for my refund

I don't have words for how dishonest Boardmans can be regarding my refund for a item that was delivered to me damaged. I have called every week for my refund and it's been over a month. When you call into the call centre they give you empty promises that someone will call. Till today no one has called me back. You were so quick to collect the item but I have to beg for my money back that Boardmans owe to me. It seems everyone that works in the call centre can only lie and do nothing else. I gave you a second chance but you proved me right in how ******* you all are. I want my refund and nothing else more from Boardmans. How much longer must I want for your slack customer service, if you can even call it that.
