Still so PathetiC!!!!
Order number *** arrange my refund TODAY. you people have been sitting with my money since 17/1.<br> <br> Such pathetic Customer Service... I haven't spoken to anybody since my initial complaint you people do not return calls and cut the call at your whim... its like trying to talk to a brick wall!!<br> I requested via email for my refund on the 9th. still no damn response.<br>
