Still no resolution after two weeks
Its sad to see where customer service is so lacking that we are pushed aside in the hopes we will fade away. My prior complaint has not been resolved. In the interim I have purchased the units short supp**** and replaced the broken mug from Checkers. Yes Checkers (Forest Hills) and it is the exact same stuff at one third the price. Please resolve my issue that remains unresolved or I will open a new case every 5 days until it is sorted out. I cannot believe how things are delegated and pushed aside. .....great online resolutions you have in place
