Still no refund from 25 November 2017

Absolutely pathetic service from Boardmans. I have spoken to a number of agents as well as managers and still no response !!!

Brunelle , Mpho, Thabo, Ketiwe... mostly managers and still NO refund!!!!! I can't even begin to express my frustration with Boardmans. I have spent over R200 calling and calling and speak to all of the above staff and still NO positive outcome.

Mpho does NOT to respond to emails.
