Refusing to refund or return calls

I don't know what more to do to get my refund from this people. For three weeks now i have been phoning and phoning and phoning. Their call center number is completely useless because it is almost impossible to speak to anyone and NO one returns calls not even the managers. Ive logged complaints ive spoken to managers ive even spoken to their marketing team at twitter and NO ONE has been able to help me all i keep getting is your complaint has been logged and your refund has been requested! Basically what they telling me is i wont get my money back! Day light ******* at its best and there is nothing anyone wants to do to help! i will never be purchasing from this store ever again!
