Refund still NOT processed 1 month later

<p>I placed an online order with Boardmans on 21 June 2016 (order no. ********** 52). After a few days I was informed that 2 of the items ordered were out of stock and I would be refunded for them. I agreed to this and the rest of my order was shipped to me. On the 1st July 2016, I was refunded for one item. I called the customer line and the consultant acknowledged that only 1 item had been refunded and he would escalate my case to their finance department and my refund should be processed the following week. I waited and upon realising that the rest of my refund had still NOT been processed, I called in again on 13 July 2016 and was again given the same story. So yet another week went by and STILL NO REFUND, on 22 July 2016, once again I call in and consultant assured me that the matter had been escalated and their finance dept. would be in contact with me within the week. It's now the 29th July and NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. Will I ever get my refund? I certainly won't be buying from Boardmans again, with such poor customer service!</p>
