refund process taking long

i bought some goods online 24/06 for an amount of R589.85(order number ***) about 6 items but i only got 4 items other items were out of stock, so i requested a refund. i sent email 06/07/2015 and provided my banking details for a refund, i didn't get any response , i called the next day their call centre ***and i was told it will be escalated to the department that deals with refunds and will take 72 hours since then i've been waiting. i want my money back ASAP and i don't want any vouchers. i am very deisappointed with their service i mean i must be the one who is doing follow up they don't bother to update the client. i will never buy from them again. i feel not valued as a customer
