PURCHASED GOODS NOT RECIEVED IN FULL
I purchased a few items online on sale and received and email confirming that my order has been processed and posted. I then receive only some of the items purchased and am informed that the others are not in stock and therefore they didn't send it. The part that bothers me is that it is still available online and when I call the call center, I get absolutely no help in fact Elsa the team leader has promised to come back to me and its been days I have not received on call back and it is now as if I am being avoided. I am an Attorney by profession and will be instituting legal action if this is the way Boardmans wants to do business !!! My order number is ***.
