Poor service

I ordered glasses on the 13th of December 2024 they took long to be delivered after making countless follow up with them ,they were giving excuses or more problems without any solutions, they told the order was mess up requested my refund until today haven't received it it more than 8 days now I need it ASAP now . I will never bother myself buying there.
