Poor service 100%

On 26-Nov we were looking for some items at Boardmans and were not available in store so we ordered them online and when we placed the order 1. It showed items as available 2.They promised to deliver in 2-5 working days which was long but acceptable.<br> 10days later when I followed up 2 emails were not answered in 24 hours as promised with their auto-reply message.<br> So my wife called,and she was told the order is on hold as some of the items are no longer available and she will receive feedback.<br> Next day 11-Dec I received 2 emails saying my orders have been cancelled without explanation or apology so we called again to ask for refund and it was promised by the online manager that it takes up to 72 hours<br> <br> today is already 7days and still not received the refund.<br> <br> Boardmans online is utter disgrace for online shopping, 1. They sell things they dont have in stock, 2. They dont give continuous feedback like a tracking number for order, 3. They dont keep to promised timing, 4. They offer no apology, 4. and they just dont care even to give you your money back.<br> <br> NEVER,NEVER AGAIN
