Poor customer Service from Boardmans online

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Boardman's online store. I placed an order for a \Jamie Oliver 16 Piece Vintage Cutlery Set"on the 24th November.<br> The product description clearly said the quality of the steel is \""18/10\"" however when I received the item it was a \""18/0\"" and the box differed from the image online.<br> I queried this with the customer service and since Monday I have been having endless hassle receiving an update after sending numerous e-mails. I then requested to speak to the team leader Else whom I sent the mail to and she confirmed she will investigate and revert to me within the 2nd December. I then sent a reminder towards the end of the day and still no feedback. this is extremely frustrating since buying online you want to have the peace of mind of receiving what you ordered for and if there is a problem to have the problem speedily resolved. <br> All I want is for resolution in my problem.
