Poor customer service from Boardmans

Poor customer service I ordered Hotel Collection and Boardmans sent me this Edgars no name brand I’m very disappointed in Boardmans I used to buy all my bedding from them and I thought they still have that standard of good quality home things until recently when I place an order when they were having a 40% off sale and it was Hotel collection that was advertised But when delivered to me they delivered something else. The quality is totally different and very poor quality, the material is not different from the one from Pep store It breaks my heart when buying online and you trust the brand but they will just send something that you did not order just because it’s an online shop. As of today I did not hear from them, they said I must return the bedding that was 2 weeks back and I haven’t received anything from Boardmans even to say they received the parcel that I sent back Nothing is communicated as we speak.
