Pathetic service
<p>I made an online purchase on 24/11/2016. The turnaround time for delivery is 2 to 5 working days. I have made endless calls following up on my order, but have been disappointed each time with the unprofessional service. If anyone from Boardmans reads this message please assist me in cancelling my order. Order # ********** 45. I am totally disgusted and frustrated with the appalling service that I received. I hope with Edcon being taken over my new management, they will relook at providing proper training for their staff. Ive made 5 online purchases and not 1 order was right.</p>
