PATHETIC SERVICE

I have had issues with them since i placed an online order over a month ago! Their service is disgusting and i will never use them again. Goods were delivered late, broken items are still not replaced. When i complain i recieve automated replies and the call centre is abysmal. Calling in is a waste of time as you are told that the relevant department is dealing with it but u hear no feedback. items that were not delivered due to being out of stock are meant to be refunded, we are awaiting this happening and payment was made over a month ago. I was told that if i want my replacement items i need to drive to a store and get it exchanged!!! Absolutely irate over this!
