Pathetic boardmans customer service

<p>I bought some crockery as a gift on the 25 April 2016 using the online store. Amount r707. I subsequently cancelled this order the next morning and all relevant people were notified. I was told that the refund would be processed as it was escalated to the refund office. It is now months later and after numerous phone calls to the call center (nobody ever contacts the customer to keep them updated), emails to Edcon and boardmans customer services and customer relations and going into the store to query the refund, still no refund has been processed. Am told the refund has been processed and it seems that it should be reflected every Friday (whenever I call) yet nothing as yet. How long does it take to process a refund? I have been a a loyal Edgar's customer for years paying my account on time yet it's taking 3 and half months to process one refund? Every single agent that I have spoken to promise to get back to me yet not a single one did! It is beyond my understanding how a simple refund takes over three months to process??? </p>
