Partial order delivered, no response about missing

I placed an order online on 26 June. Your website states delivery in 5 days. After 2 weeks with no communication I sent an email and tried contacting call center but was cut off several times before I could speak to anyone. <br> The order was then eventually delivered on 9 July 2015. However, part of the order was missing. There was a note attached to say they are sourcing the missing items.<br> Today is 14 August and still no word on the missing items. <br> I was sent an email from Boardmans on 20 July 2015 saying \Thank you for shopping with Boardmans online. We hope you are enjoying your purchase! "To which I rep**** to say that the missing items have still not arrived. I was asked what the missing items were. I scanned a copy of the note I received with delivery and emailed it back on 23 July. Since then I have not received any communication from Boardmans even after sending and resending several emails! The silence is deafening!!"""
