Paid R65.00 for a online order and still didn't received what was ordered

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have place an order for a Waterproof matress protector online and paid R65.00 ekstra just to use this services for the reason of now going into the shops etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received parcel today and this was not a waterproof protecter and the amount on the package is way more than what i have placed to begin with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned the online number and the lady gave me 2 options either i go instore or i wait 10 working days for the correct order.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really really not good, i paid R65.00 ekstra and now i have to go instore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Vernessia Cornelissen</p> <p> ********** </p>
