PAID AND NO DELIVERY

I placed an order online on the 24th of November 2015 and an incorrect order was delivered the next day! I called and this order was fetched and I was promised to get the correct order in the next few days. To date nothing has happened! I called the call centre on the 5th of December 2015 and was told deliveries department is closed on weekends
