Orders: *** & *** still not resolved

So I have spoken to the following Edcon call centre staff members:<br> <br> - Thapelo<br> - Nomzi<br> - Sipho<br> - Ilse<br> - Bulelwa<br> - Dimakatso<br> - and Nomonde<br> <br> None of these staff members are able to give me a comprehensive answer regarding the items missing from my orders, most of them have **** and said they will get back to me and never bother and they are so 'falsely' apologetic! My challenge lies in the fact that I have a huge medical procedure coming up and have sincerely hoped that someone at Edcon is credible enough to follow these cases through. <br> <br> My last step will be contact a local Boardmans store manager, I hope this will be my saving grace. If not then I will have to hand this over to the Consumer Ombuds. You treat your customers with utter contempt and are very consistent @ it. Please sort out this mess so that I can gladly cut our relations. In fact you should consider reimbursing all the customers who have complained about their online order bungles with the airtime spent calling your offices.<br> <br> You are a really careless and shameless organisation! <br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Nelisa
