Online store sends whatever they like

Boardmans, I really lost all hope in you. <br> <br> Last weekend I ordered six Shoozsh! cups in a mocha colour. This morning I received them and not only are they the wrong colour (grey and not mocha) but you somehow managed to send me completely the wrong brand, your Raymond Blanc collection, which is even to further dismay cheaper than the original ones ordered. <br> <br> I really do not see how you can be in the business of online retail if you manage to ***** up a simple order like this in such a fashion. I urge everyone to rather make use of other online store which offers better delivery options as well as cer*****y that you will receive what you ordered.
